AO's are former server administrators who have proven themselves to be loyal & hardworking and as such have been promoted to a higher rank.

Verify that servers are operational
Reboot Dead/Lagged servers
Manage Player complaints/bans
Assist in training new admins
Handle admin disputes
Monitor the Ventrilo server
Grant access rights to Ventrilo
Search for new maps for all servers
Upload maps to server and fast downloads site
Edit map lists and rotations
Issue player perma bans via request from SA's
Teach admins how to demo/ban/screenshot proof

[TA] Technical AdministratorView User List

This position was formed to help improve our gaming environment and increase response time to server issues.

Fix technical issues that arise day to day (servers/site)
Research mods, scripts and plugin to improve our servers
Develop solutions to improve our servers/mods performance
Discover and fix exploits against our servers/sites
Assist in data backup operations for the communities data

[MA] Marketing AdministratorView User List

The primary goal of this postion is to spread the word about our community and work out advertising deals and promotions.

Manage Advertising programs and vendor relations
Create/Manage special promotional ideas for community
Promote/Direct players to new servers and rank sites
Mange/Update third party website information
Schedule community events within the steam community
Suggest ideas to continue the growth/success of this community

[AA] Account AdministratorView User List

This person is responsible for managing all SteamGamers member accounts.

Manage all community billing and subscriptions
Add new admins and supporter to the servers and website
Update members of their subscription status or lack of
Regularly audit forum groups for accuracy.

[WA] Web AdministratorView User List

This person has access to all webhosting and keeps our site/forum up to date.

Mange the website, forums, and bansites
Keep all web services up to date and functional
Improve our user experience by finding new mods/plugins
Managing all site backups and restores

[CA] Community AdvisorsView User List

The advisors group includes all former AO's and longtime community admins who are highly respected and advise the staff on important issues.

Advise the higher staff in important decision
Reboot servers if requested by others
Keep servers clean from rule breakers
Issue warnings/kicks/bans
Manage the maps played
Record demos proof for perm bans
Request perm bans via the forum
Post in game server problems on forum
Help in any way to make the servers fun

All servers admins must apply and get approved before being allowed to purchase admin.

[Sup] SupportersView User List

Supporters help keep our servers alive by donating monthly. They get reserved slots on all our servers and level 2 supporters get special skins on the servers.
