AO's are former server administrators who have proven themselves to be loyal & hardworking and as such have been promoted to a higher rank.
- Verify that servers are operational
- Reboot Dead/Lagged servers
- Manage Player complaints/bans
- Assist in training new admins
- Handle admin disputes
- Monitor the Ventrilo server
- Grant access rights to Ventrilo
- Search for new maps for all servers
- Upload maps to server and fast downloads site
- Edit map lists and rotations
- Issue player perma bans via request from SA's
- Teach admins how to demo/ban/screenshot proof
[TA] Technical AdministratorView User List
This position was formed to help improve our gaming environment and increase response time to server issues.
- Fix technical issues that arise day to day (servers/site)
- Research mods, scripts and plugin to improve our servers
- Develop solutions to improve our servers/mods performance
- Discover and fix exploits against our servers/sites
- Assist in data backup operations for the communities data
[AA] Account AdministratorView User List
This person is responsible for managing all SteamGamers member accounts.
- Manage community billing and subscriptions
- Add new admins and supporter to the servers and website
- Approve membership requests and setup users forum accounts
- Setup new users for ventrilo and verify status of current accounts
- Update members of their subscription status or lack of
- Regularly audit forum groups for accuracy
[WA] Web AdministratorView User List
This person has access to all webhosting and keeps our site/forum up to date.
- Manage the website, forums, and bansites
- Keep all web services up to date and functional
- Improve our user experience by finding new mods/plugins
- Managing all site backups and restores

The advisors group includes all former AO's and longtime community admins who are highly respected and advise the staff on important issues.

[SG.Sup] SupportersView User List
Supporters help keep our servers alive by donating monthly. They get special skins while in-game and reserved slots on all of our servers. Supporters are automatically entered into our apprentice program. After 14 days they can request to be upgraded to admin for no additional charge, pending approval.
[SG.Reg] RegularsView User List
Regulars are members who support the community by setting examples for newer players and by proudly displaying our community tag. To become a SG.Reg you must be on our forums for atleast 2 months and have a total of 100+ posts. You do not request regular status it is give to you after first being a SG.Mem and meeting the previous requirements.
[SG.Mem] MembersView User List
Members are players who have officially joined our community by filling out our "Become a Member" form. These members can proudly display our community tag of SG.Mem but risk losing the tag if they are banned on any of our servers. If members stay active on our forums (2 months and 100 posts) they will be automatically upgraded to SG.Reg and be allowed ot use that tag.
