[AM] Administrative ManagerView User List

AM manages the AO staff and makes sure they are doing the duties efficiently and in a timely manor. He also has a vote on who gets promoted within the AO ranks.

Power to overturn AO decisions
Recommend removal of AO's based on performance

AO's are former server administrators who have proven themselves to be loyal & hardworking and as such have been promoted to a higher rank.

Verify that servers are operational
Reboot Dead/Lagged servers
Manage Player complaints/bans
Assist in training new admins
Handle admin disputes
Monitor the Ventrilo server
Grant access rights to Ventrilo
Search for new maps for all servers
Upload maps to server and fast downloads site
Edit map lists and rotations
Issue player perma bans via request from SA's
Teach admins how to demo/ban/screenshot proof

[MA] Marketing AdministratorView User List

MA manages all marketing, and further development of the community.

Manage the EC's, discuss ideas, and server events, etc.
Manage all 3rd party sites/applications.
Manage all advertising.
Recommend upgrades, and general marketing aspects for the community.
Research what the community like/not
Give ideas to the BD's to discuss
Assist GarfieldH on Community marketing
Upkeep the image of SG, and help expand

[AA] Account AdministratorView User List

This person is responsible for managing all SteamGamers member accounts.

Manage Community Adviser meetings and post announcements for promotions
Add new admins and supporters to the servers and website
Approve membership requests and setup users forum accounts
Setup new users for ventrilo and verify status of current accounts
Regularly audit forum/ventrilo groups for accuracy

[TA] Technical AdministratorView User List

This position was formed to help improve our gaming environment and increase response time to server issues.

Fix technical issues that arise day to day (servers/site)
Research mods, scripts and plugin to improve our servers
Develop solutions to improve our servers/mods performance
Discover and fix exploits against our servers/sites
Assist in data backup operations for the communities data

[WA] Web AdministratorView User List

This person has access to all webhosting and keeps our site/forum up to date.

Manage the technical aspects of the website, forums, and bansites
Keep all web services up to date and functional
Improve our user experience by finding new mods/plugins
Managing all site backups and restores

[CA] Community AdvisorsView User List

The advisors group includes all former AO's and longtime community admins who are highly respected and advise the staff on important issues.

Advise the higher staff in important decision
Keep servers clean from rule breakers
Issue warnings/kicks/bans
Manage the maps played
Record demos proof for perm bans
Request perm bans via the forum
Post in game server problems on forum
Help in any way to make the servers fun

[EC] Events Team View User List

The Events team run the events and manage all competitions

Manage/Promote special events on our servers
Monitor Scrim League and Tournaments
Handle match disputes within the SGSL
Monitor scrim servers for readiness and manage demo's
Remove teams from the scrim league who do not meet min. requirements
Make sure servers are ready for all special events
Schedule events to fill servers in need via the steam community

[SA] Server AdministratorsView User List

All servers admins must apply and get graduate before becoming full server admin.

[SG.Sup] DonatorsView User List

Donators help keep our servers alive by donating. They get special skins while in our CSS servers and reserved slots on all of our servers. For a one time donation of $20.00 or more anyone can become a supporter. All Donators are recognized for their generosity on our donation webpage.

[SG.Reg] RegularsView User List

Regulars are members who support the community by setting examples for newer players and by proudly displaying our community tag. To become a SG.Reg you must be on our forums for at least 2 months and have a total of 100+ posts. You do not request regular status it is given to you after first being a SG.Mem and meeting the previous requirements.

[SG.Mem] MembersView User List

Members are players who have officially joined our community by filling out our "Become a Member" form. These members can proudly display our community tag of SG.Mem but risk losing the tag if they are banned on any of our servers. If members stay active on our forums (2 months and 100 posts) they will be automatically upgraded to SG.Reg and be allowed to use that tag.
