Teamkilling - where's the line?

Now that I've cooled down, I'm rewriting my post.

How do you take demos? If I see someone teamkilling on purpose (usually against me 'cause that's what I notice the most), I want to be able to respond in some way. I have been responding by killing them back and only recently have I actually gotten a ban for doing so (24 hours). It's the only ban I've got on me excluding a 10-minute one for shooting a destructible wall. So knowing how to take demos and where to put them afterwards would be well-appreciated.

to take a demo open console, then type in console "record <filename here>".

You will need a screenshot of their steamid, so then type status into console and press
f5 to take a screenshot (the screenshot will be in your counterstrike folder)

Since your post really been answered, I just want to know, the only way to TK to glitch to get a person zombied, shutting, or breaking something to make them suicide?
Am I right?

Team killing is really anything which intentionally results in their death, although there are usually some things which are more likely to get banned than others. Closing doors on teammates will nearly always get you kicked or banned, its alwys better to try and save as many teammates as you can. Blowing the bridge on lostworld is another danger area, usually best to let someone else blow it. Blocking someone so they die can also be classed as teamkilling.

There are more ways to tk, but those three are the main ones which will get a kick/ban always
