Reserved slots

How come US escape has so many reserve slots? I am not arguing the fact that its a good way to bring money in but there seems to be 6 slots reserved. Can't it be that the server fills normally up to full slots and then when someone comes with a reserved access, it kicks a person, most likely a person that has the lowest score or that is afk or hasn't been on that long. Can't you have it that way, to make it more enjoyable and allow more people in?

It should work like that. Unless haggard changed it by mistake yesterday, will have to wait.

So long as they are "invisible" reserved slots. It's really annoying to try and join a server that's got slots open just to find out that you can't join 'cause they are reserved.
