Fastest way to lvl

Well i've looked around and a lot of people said that doing quests and geting higher lvl'd friends to help out with some would be the faster than just being boosted through instances all day. What do you guys think?

Alliance toons have always been the fastest and easiest toons to level for me, mostly because mostly all of the zones are right next to each other which makes it easy to know where you should go till you get to the 40's and 50's then you start going across the way to other zones. It just depends I suppose what ure style is.

Alliance is faster to couse just look at the places 1-30 , they are rlly small and close together,
the barrens is bigger then all 3

And if you quest there, you should be signed up for a lobotomy. ghostlands till 22, Stonetalon, Hillsbrad and Ashenvale to 30. Not too hard.
