WoW: Cataclysm Question and Thoughts

Hey,

I though of starting this thread so people might ask question because like me I dont know a lot about Northend or the Burning Crusade.... Because I have WoW since 2004 and even bought the Beta and have all addons but only have one single Char:

LvL 56 | female Bloodelf | Paladin

This is why because I only played counter-strike 1.6 and now counter-strike source so therefore I never had time or if I had time and wanted to play WoW there was no money to pay it with *.* because I sue prepaid and my problem there is that I only played WoW:

All together about 3 Weeks of normal playing :/ like not day n night thats wht I only got to LvL and verything was so new to me... BUt I really love that game because I played the Beta and all the free other reaeases with that char.... and my first char that i got to lvl 10 got deleted after beta end :/ kinda shiit w00t because I love WOW and know its a epic game I will buy the 3rd expansion even doh I might not get to play... Oh yes I do it has starter levels

How comes that with the WoW expansion everything will look so ttransformed.... isnt it like that everyone will see this even doh they dont hvae the game D:..... and where can I LvL with lvl 56 and what else do you people know about cataclysm ?????????????????????????????

Yes thats what It kinda says but when you watch the vid it says it the eastern kingdoms and Azeroth will never look the same

Azeroth is the whole world of warcraft, excluding Outlands, stupid xD Kalimdor is the western continent, which used to be a massive chunk of land till it was blown apart during the forming of the Maelstorm. The Eastern Kingdoms and Northrend are chunks that got blown off.

And as for visibility, it wouldn't surprise me for Blizzard to force it either, be it you need to buy the expansion pack to access the revamped zones or everyone can see 'em.

They can easily separate them. They've done it before. I.E the church that you visit at the end of the Death Knight starting campaign isn't the same one you'll visit later on in the game.. Different NPCs, Different people around it, etc.

They can choose to simply use two servers if they wish.


They gotta give a reason besides Goblin and Worgen to actually buy Cataclysm.

I said it wouldn't surprise me for them to do it either way ;P You have to remember it is a business, and they're in there to make money not make nerds like Obez(Crimson) squeal to play WoW. If at the end they don't think theres enough for people to buy Cataclysm, they'll probably end up separating the zones.

So mamny people will buy cataclysm and not only people taht are new to the game or already play it since years no I think as well that people that used to play take a look again because it has 2 new races what makes it quite fun to start playing again

well I stay with blood elfes becaus ethey are the win race ^.^, like so formal and nice while the other hordlers are ><

Even if you don't have Cataclysm you will witness the lava tearing Azeroth and Kalimdor apart but you won't be able to play Worgen or Goblin or get to 85 etc.
