Uniblue has software which you can torrent/crack/trial. It has a registry booster, a general cpu cleaner and a driver scanner.

In my personal experience, registry boosters don't do shit.
CCleaner is nice though.

The only way I have seen to fix a computer with a messed up registry and a ton of bloat installed, is just to reformat and reinstall. It's "lazy", but it works.
