    Britains got talent is the same as pop idol, american idol etc... except this one you can have any talent... singer, comedians, circus acts, dancers.. etc.

    The american version didn't do so well here. Probably the biggest thing to come out of it was this guy who's gimick was ventriliquist comedian, basically a Jeff Dunham ripoff...in my opinion wasn't as funny. I think most people watched it cause it had Jerry Springer and Sharon Osborne as host/judge. The first season must have been so bad, cause I don't remember it. Springer and Osborne were on the 2nd season.
