Player Model

Hey guys im Turok , I havnt post much here but I have a big issue making player models for css

I will explain my problem

1. I open the model i want to edit with vtfe

2. I export it and edit it with photoshop

3. Everything looks fine and cool , the model looks awesome in photoshop

4. Now I open css , the file is a ct_gign , and ya i open css and the skin looks really messed up , The text I put on his back is all messed up , It goes like this

I wrote Gaming Nexus in the back , and when I see the model its like the Gaming part is okay , but the Nexus part is like almost on his arm

And I saw that you guys have some own css admin skins and the text looks awesome in the back of it when it says "admin"

I just wanted to know who made the skin , what is his steam address so i can get further information about modelling
