Here is a way of making a Gif spray.
Download the files- below this post
Step 1-
Install the programs
Step 2-
Make a folder on your desktop *call it Gif1
Step 3- Open GifSplitter
Step 4- Pick your pic and pick the folder Gif1
Step 5- Close GS and open VTF, click file than import.
Step 6- Pick ALL photos of the Gif and click Open
Step 7- click ok
Step 8 - Go to File and Save.
Save it as name.vtf
Save it in the gif1 folder.
Step 9- Your done, most CS:S sprays can only take a few frames.
I think around 16-19 frames.
