Go to this site, look up track trains. You'll find a bunch of useful things there.










make 2< path_track entities and name them ie. track1 and track2, go into track1 and set next stop at: track2. then make you vehicle and bind it func_tracktrain. go into its properties, change name, initail speed (0 means it will be stationary), first stop: track1, go into flags and check the box "fixt orinetation".
