point_servercommand crashing

regardless of how i do it, whenever a point_severcommand is added to my map it causes the compile process to fail. on top of that the map file also becomes corrupt, so whenever i load up the same map file to fix the point_severcommand the editor just crashes and then quits.

unlike last time i tired this i made a backup map to test this on, and the backup is now ruined so i didn't lose my map, but i guess does mean i can not use point_severcommands in any map for any reason which kinda sucks.

i have already read all the tutorials on how to use the damn thing, it just will not work and does a lot of damage.


can anyone help or have any advice?

Are you sure it crashes bc of that? check the log of complier, it tells if there is something wrong.
