Css or steam still not working [;

i try to log on to steam and it tells me missing steam.exe file and its been about 2 weeks so do i just delete all of steam and reinstall it? does that mean i lose my acc?

hmm? did you put any new skins in or anything else?

Well if you want to do that, do this:

Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs->Steam

You won't lose your account, but you might just have to re-download a few games.

I did install new skins a while ago but deleted css folder and restarted it but like a week after that one day i log off css then 30 mins later i try again and bam it fails.

no nothing to do with that because when i tried getting back on it said trying to find steam.exe, i will just reinstall probably.

If your using Kaspersky products check the quarantine folder. Kaspersky is infamous for doing this. Trend Micro Internet Security does this as well.

Reboot your computer and see what happens lol. Or uninstall steam and your css and install them again

i think that turning off all security programs on your computer, then uninstalling steam + manually deleting your steam folder on program files, then reinstalling and downloading games will solve the problem. if this doesn't works, this would be a serious problem...i think.

Just reintall steam. It's missing the Exe which pretty much runs Steam. Your'll still have your account, but no games, but CSS takes 20 minutes to download.
