HOW TO FIX THE TESTSHELL-ERROR:
open IE, go to Tools -> Internet Options ->Connections -> LAN Settings, and uncheck "Automatically detect settings," then close and re-open Steam

Guaranteed to make you jizz in your pants.




How to use?
Go to Steam Settings > Beta Participation > New UI

Restart steam and wait for it to download and apply itself.
instead of steam now using IE, it uses your default browser (mine is chrome, so it uses chrome)
note: cleartype fonts dont exactly work yet
also note: shift+tab owns
one more thing: don't steal my friends :[

edit: also note that the icon in the taskbar is NOT the official steam icon, thats just a custom one i found and liked

My steam didn't want to launch yesterday, had to do a system restore because of this.

A lot of people are having troubles with MW2 because of the new UI too.

It has a lot of bugs, I would recommend not using it untill it is a bit more stable
