About LinkBacksI got angry with youtube and the laptop screen kept freezing so I punched it and it cracked in several places and it was my Mums. Anyone know anyway of fixing a totally FUCKED screen?

I think its no good anymore and might cost more to get it fix then replaced but that could be just desktops cant remember about laptops.

Well i got a quote from a screen replacement company and i was given 114 pounds excluding vat and postage.

dude your an idiot...first of all warranties rarely replace physically damaged screen because it is obvious operator issue..second punching a screen because of a youtube video puts you in the idiot hall of fail, especially since it wasnt YOUR laptop..GG.
Now go work and buy a new one!!

WHY would you punch a perfectly good LCD screen? The very thought just makes me cringe.
Unless it was a ThinkPad I highly doubt you can buy a replacement screen and replace it yourself. You'll have to fork out the extra cash for labor.
