I wish they went with the iTablet.
iPad makes me think of maxi pads.
This thing would be a fun toy, a gigantic ipod touch of sorts.
Personally I'll stick to my 300 dollar netbook with full keyboard, wifi/bluetooth/webcam which I can tether to my phone for 3G over my phone's wifi for FREE.
I'm also looking forwards to the PC segment releasing a tablet with Win7, THAT I would buy.
But I'm glad Apple is releasing it, forces competition which benefits us all.
I was also pleasantly surprised at the lower pricing than everyone expected.

It just looks like a big iPhone/iPod Touch to me. It is just another way for apple to milk money out of people. But thats just my opinion. I will stick with my iPhone/iPod Touch.

It looks rather sweet. But like red said, win7 OS on one of those things will be sweet when one comes out, thats why ill wait for some other company to make one.

Oh, but it DOES have multitasking, just not inbuilt. i multitask on my iphone daily :D we just gotta wait for OS 4.0 to be jailbreakable.
