If you want to go AMD why not.. most like intel better for gaming

32MB cache HDDs arent that expensive..
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...e&Order=RATING

I dont know that liquid cooling is that important for the price but if you want it why not

I dont know that I like the case that much, its tight but then again if you go with water cooling I guess a wide case isnt that important but still

And very important is the PSU..research here a little but shadowx has posted countless articles from toms hardware and jonnyguru about the good PSUs you can trust...just remember a shitty one can fuck up your whole system..
Apparently you cant go wrong with corsair.. MODULAR is awesome!!

Now for your VC..somebody correct me if Im wrong but I dont know/think that this card is appropriate for gaming!!
5770 might be the best bang for bucks right now...

liquid cooling for your budget is not really worth it, you could spend it on better components. also there is only one, pre-fab water cooling unit worth getting, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835181010 get the artic freezer pro 2 and spend a bit more on the GPU. at the very least a 4870, or 250 GTX

That psu can support 2x 220's? 220's arent that good anyway, just get like one gtx 260, and yeah liquid cooling is a waste unless you are really gonna need it for overclocking and stuff. Air is so much cheaper and just as good if you know what you are doing.

Get the Noctua (NH-U12P-LGA775, it comes with AMD brackets too) its a really good heatsink, my cpu never goes over 40 celsius

Double: Mine is prebuilt, comes blank.
The most you'll have to do is install drivers after you install the OS.
