Been meaning to post this for quite some time. The forced time to wait on RTV's is too long! Something like 1300-1500 seconds I think! That's 21-25 minutes! That's a long time to wait when you get stuck on a crappy map.

There is another issue, RTV requires something like 4 votes to take effect, even if there aren't 4 people on!



A reduced forced wait time on RTV and a fix on the RTV minimum votes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
