Intergrate some new rules?

Few rules that will make surfing gameplay much more fun for all:
-No spawn attacking/ killing.
-No spawn camping.

Punishment = slay
Repeated break of the rule = kick
Repated once more = 10 min ban

Just a suggestion.

make the ban an hour because if they do not understand or listen to the admin after a kick, they really need some time to go mess around elsewhere.

I added the rule of no spawn camping to get kills. As far as the punishment goes that really just up to the admin and how he wants to handle it. Spawn camping will be a maximum of 1 day ban unless the player has had previous bans.

i dont know if haggard handled this yet but some people have been ghosting and he might have already put it so you cant spectate other team or if you need to use that skill to see if they are afk then that is fine but like if we cant do that then we might want to think about what to do about ghosting.
