Hey i think that we should do in the server so that if you come in with out cl_cmdrate 100 they should be kicked i have just been on te server and many people masking their ping so that they dont get kicked and what i am saying is an easy solution for this problem.

I think you should remove the Ping masking command

ping masking sucks, but you cant REALLY control it unless the people are stupid enough to make it 0-9. otherwise theres really no proof
