Suggestion about the rank system

As everyone knows you start out with 1000 points on the Surf server and you will either gain or lose points from there.
Well whatever everyone also knows is that the max amount of points one can get is 25 Points off one kill.

My Suggestion is lower it to i dunno 10 points max?

It really isn't fair to us that have a high amount of points. When someone below 1000 points kills us they can easily get 25 points and we couldn't get more than 2 points from them. I don't care who u are if its you versus 3 people below 1000 points your chances of killing them all is veerryy slim if they come at you at once. let us say you kill 2 of them. That is 4 points and then the third one takes 25 points. IT IS CRAZY.

Now let's take it the extreme. Let's say it is you versus 9 Enemies. You could kill 8, get 16 points plus the 7 points for the spree, and that still doesn't cover the 25 points u lose from the last guy.

Please do something about it?

Also i agree with this, when i die on our regular CSS server i usualy lose ~20 pts, so if i wanna NOT lose points i have to maintain a 2:1 ratio when i play, if i wanna GAIN points i usualy have to get a 3:1 ratio.

This can easily be fixed by increasing the number of kills new players need before getting regular points, its set at 10 now so anyone that gets 10 kills is pretty much gonna get 20 pts per kill afterwards considering all regulars are playing. My solution is, increase the amount of kills needed to 50 kills. So that not every random player can get points, only players that show up more than once.

I think its fine as it is some people just care way to much about there rank and if there so good they shouldnt die so much.

Bleh..I think something needs to be changed all right, it is pretty stupid that I have to get a ratio of 6:1 to gain points.:001_unsure:

Surf uses the HLStatsX point system, which Haggard has to pay for, theres no way it can be changed unless HLStats decide to change their whole ranking system..which i doubt will happen.

Delete whole system, i think rank on surf is stupid, i don't play surf anymore bc that stupid rank shows me how much i really suck, if not gonna delete it then stay. Its fair to those just started. No-one plays on server that top100 is on 100000000000000000 points and after that is 1000 points.
