Pompeys official website, www.portsmouthfc.co.uk has been shut down after the club failed to pay their bills.

A spokesman for Pompey confirmed; “Our website has been taken off-line after we failed to adhere to an agreed payment structure”.

Well not really true. They were a pretty fast up and coming club who got caught up financially. Promotion back in 2003 or 2004 to the prem and winning the best cup in english football back in 2008 does not make them a shit team. Currently though, there players are on the move due to late payments and everything breaking down off the pitch.
