Chelsea have been banned from buying any players for two transfer windows!!!!!

I've heard there is a way for Chelsea to bypass this restriction.
Anyone else knows something about that?

They can appeal to a sports court, which will delay the ban till after january whilst they decide

How would that ban screw them up? I think they will be able to manage it pretty good.
