    Okay, so every time steam update, or i download something off of utorrent say a movie... my internet just disconnects.

    I dont have this problem any other time but when im downloading and it's starting to piss me off.

    This started happening around when i got my new router and flashed it, but whats weird is it does not happen on my girlfriends computer which is connected to the same internet.

    A) what internet do you have, ISP, Speed, Cable/DSL/FIOS

    B) What kind of computer(or laptop) is it? What is the wireless card model number

    C) What Modem and Router do you have

    D) Connect your computer(or laptop, not sure what you have) VIA ethernet to your router. If it still occurs, DISCONNECT the router and hook you computer up to your Modem directly
