    Please state your problem here
Okay, so yesterday(or 2 days ago, can't remember, shit memory) my browser started spazzing out like one of those shock-porn sites where it just flies all around the screen, like it's rapidly minimizing. Thought it was nothing since it disappeared after rebooting it.
Now here 10 minutes ago it happened again, so I closed Chrome(which I usually use) and then tried opening Internet Explorer, where the same problem occured. I've run fast scan on Malwarebytes, and nothing popped up there. Currently running the full scan.

I can't remember visiting any sketchy site or downloading anything I don't know what the fuck is, so I'm honestly unsure of what is going on. Hopefully it's not some mean virus, but yeah I just started looking into it as I thought it was some random glitch the first time it happened.

And I can't remember how it went the first time, but this time it first started flickering around after I opened a second tab on Chrome. I'm currently on Chrome now after a reboot, and it works perfectly normal.

Anyone has any idea as to what it could be? Currently trying to google around, just thought I'd make a thread here if I'm not successful with google.

Edit: I guess you could call it flickering the thing that goes on, but I figured more of you would get the idea as to what's happening with my shock-porn thing description. If it happens again I can catch a video if that'd be any help.

I googled around a bit until I came across a thread mentioning relatively the same problem. At the end, the person mentions:

The problem seems to have disappeared. When I booted into safe mode to run the scan, I also scanned and fixed my registry with CCleaner and I haven't seen the problem since.
In the search, I have come up with another thread, with some similar content to the problem and this is the person lastly stated as to the result.

Alas, my system restore seems to have to have wounded FireFox but a new profile has fixed that issue.
Fyi, both problems mentioned on both threads were from FireFox, however, I think it occurred on other stuff as well. I would say go ahead with the first option, and if it does not work, try preforming a system restore. Good luck and give it your shot.

I'll check with CCleaner later and ultimately do a system restore if nothing happens from anything.
Also gotta check my drivers for my gfx, read about some people having trouble with drivers with about the same problems as those you linked.

    Alright, so bump:

I ran about every scan I could with 0 results and for some reason the only system restore I could do was after it started happening.
BUT, I am pretty sure that what triggers it is running a game in fullscreen, since it happened twice now yesterday after playing LoL and CS:S. What it screws up are browsers(firefox, IE and chrome tested, cba to get any other) and the bar down at the bottom of my screen that I honestly can't remember what's called. The one with start, your open programs, sound volume and all that. When I hover my mouse over a program it doesn't pop up in that mini version(yeah idk how to word it properly), so I can't use any programs with 2 windows opened(like having steam and friendslist open at the same time).
Also steam browser while playing works just fine.
Aand I can watch videos in fullscreen just fine as well, have used netflix and YouTube without a problem.

A restart has so far fixed it every time, haven't found any other solutions.

If I understood correctly, probably you have some sort of intrusion program thats messing with your browser settings (kinda like those stupid ass searchers that come with some programs). I would search on your programs list for programs with names that you don't recognize or delete a program that you installed around the time the issue started. This can be a long shot, but thats what I understood.

This to me seems like a windows aero problem, which does coincide with your graphics drivers. Can you post a screenshot of what your taskbar looks like? (the thing you were trying to explain) And this could cause wierd things with your browsers because they too use the aero theme.

Already checked all my programs through and there's nothing out of the ordinary + I haven't installed anything but games from steam recently, so I'm pretty sure there's nothing there. Ran all the scans I have and nothing popped up.

And the whole thing is really weird, because it hasn't been triggered today so far, even though I've played quite a bit. Actually went to play so I could get a screenshot and possibly a video, but yeah, haven't been able to. Might try and look at the drivers for my gfx though, could be the problem.

Idk if I can explain the thing better perhaps, but it's like there's a second cursor instantly pressing on the screen somewhere else when I try to click or hover over programs, so I can still open programs with only one tab, but yeah, anything over that doesn't work and can't see what's going on with the program by hovering over. Also I forgot to mention that I can't alt + tab either when I'm not in a fullscreen game.

Honestly I do believe I know what you are talking about. Because I get an issue whennusing chrome sometimes where the navabr (the bar with the minimize maximize and close button) that navbar starts flickering as if someone is trying to close it.. tho I dont think anything of it but I will look into it when I get home.

It's not just the navbar though, but the whole browser just flickering extremely fast. The thing you get, do you know if it happens to other browsers as well?
Also it's only if I'm actually using the browser, so if I open steam or something and have the browser in the background, it doesn't do anything.
I don't quite get it though, happened like instantly yesterday after playing CS:S or LoL and then today I've played a lot more than yesterday and it hasn't happened once.

Will check for some more solutions tomorrow.

Ok so nvm. This is what I was talking about. In this post here. Te video is exactly what I run into sometimes in chrome.. not firefox.. So you mean the whole browser window, everything, starts flashing?

I still think it would be best to
A)uninstall chrome - but first remove all the plugins
    B)uninstall graphics drivers
    c)install graphics drivers
d)install chrome, (I said remove all plugins before because chrome automatically adds them back once you sign in again)

I would still like a screenshot for yout taskbar.. not sure what your trying to say about that
