ttt_nightmare_church_b2 removal

Both B2 and B3 are showing at the end of round vote.


Also ttt_black_mesa_east_v1_fix is still on the server

Black mesa actually removed, it was never even moved.

I don't see why B2 still shows up, it is not in the rotation nor is it in the actual map folder.
