Have you got any bigger screenshots? I want to have a look at the detail of your texturing.
You also need to remember that those sort of buildings won't be as straight and perfect as that. There will be odd bits of cracking, bumps, and generally not as level as you have it.
I would recommend changing the texturing to be honest. If you are looking for realism instead of an in-game environment then you can really use more taxing techniques. have you uv-unwrapped all the models so you can uv-texture (Also leads to bump maps etc) or are you using planar texturing?
For the buildings I just use planar texturing, so i can use tilable textures aswell. But yea those textures are hard to make, I especially need other entrance textures for the gelateria and the bar. Ive looked for hours on the web but I couldnt find any decent ones.
