MPQC Wants Unreal Deal Pack

Well. I was wondering if someone could gift me this game, the unreal deal pack. Currently, I have a bank account hooked up to my paypal, and not a credit card. Steam doesn't allow this kind of payment, so if someone could gift it to me, I'd greatly appreciate it. Of course, I would repay every cent, and maybe a buck extra for your "services."
