FAQ about sig/ava/spray Requests

OFFICIAL SIG/AVVIE/SPRAY REQUEST



-How it came about-
In the beginning, we wanted to condense all of the requests into one thread with designated sig makers and requirements for users who wanted any requests done. However, after sticking method, we decided to revisit the thread where anyone in the community could have the freedom to make Sig/Avvie/Spray requests, to widen the range of images and designs that you could get.




-How it works-
First off, decide what type of graphic you want. This could be a forum signature, server spray, or forum avatar. Once you imagine what you want, press the link below and fill out the forum to your personal specifications. It will end up in the Sig/Avvie/Spray Request thread, where you will see [Pending] if someone is currently working on your request or [Done] if you like the final product someone's made for you.

-What is a render?-
A render is a picture saved in a .psd or .png format and it already has no background. A render is used in most cases as the main picture in a sig/spray/avvie.
As you can see by the pictures below, the left picture is not a render because it still has a background, however the image on the right is a render since its background is transparent:

Also, if you have an image that you want to be rendered, be sure to visit Request a Render. One of our community members would be happy to help you get that perfect render!

ATTN SIG MAKERS: please make your own pick-up thread in the sg official sig request section so you will be able to receive thanks and reps and this thread will solely be placed as a request section.


People who request, please look at the sig schedule to see who is making your sig and look at that person's official sig pick up thread to see if your requested item has been completed. Thanks ^_^
