Starting again;O

I'm thinking about starting RuneScape again but not sure whether to either start again completely or simply buy a decent level 80+ account for around £20+
What do you think I should do?

don't buy it, jagex can, and will check RWT'ing, really serious.
If you buy an account, you'll most likely get banned within 2 weeks.

If he buys an account off a website that sells acocunts instead of simply going to someone and asking them then yes he probably will get banned

Hmmm I guess reading this it'll be better simply to start from scratch.

Most likely yes, I have like 30 friends that are P-MODS.
I'm fairly known with the systems jagex uses to find either macro or multi, or RWT'ers.
