since the rules is the most talked about subject when it comes to the pb server, i thought maybe you might want to start advertising the rules, like one by one they gradually post themselves in chat, that way people can get a more straightforward sight of the rules and hopefully bring down the amount of votebans

People are getting used to the rules now, so I see no point in this, but good suggestion.

You want mappers to put message to their maps?

Well mayby other servers has different rules?

Rather than printing out rules one by one, just add advert to all servers where it says
"Please follow the server rules. Constant rule breaking will get you banned. To see the rules, type MOTD"

I agree with this it would cut down on people new to the servers and free killing when they dont know the rules
