That's not a trailer, that's a teaser =P.
Anyway, the first Mass Effect was quite simply amazing. I know a lot of people bitched about the mass quantities of skippable dialogue which were spoken to you*, but it will probably be one of the best RPGs to grace the Xbox 360. I'm eagerly anticipating the second installment.
*Seriously, the majority of it was skippable and you didn't even have to fucking read, you could just listen. I probably spent WAY more time in games like Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate 2, Icewind Dale, Icewind Dale 2, Fallout, Fallout 2, Planescape: Troment, Neverwinter Nights, etc... reading through the dialogue trees of every NPC who would talk to me as well as all of the supplementary literature you'd find in the world. It's an RPG and the selling point of any RPG is the damn storyline. If you like fast paced action with no story, go play an FPS.

I've read that you can use your first game save in the 2nd game.
