Wow, LBP?

Okay so if you have ever seen the game Little Big Planet, it looks gay right? All of my friends got it and raved about it. I got it, and loved it. The physics - INCREDIBLE, Gameplay - Great, but the biggest aspect that they capitalized on was customization. You can create your on maps that look like they were made FOR the game and by the creators. I recommend this game for the people that can swallow their pride and buy a game that has stickers on the front and looks like it was made for babys. Really, great game
PS: If you are going to buy the game I think that when you order it online (or maybe it was only pre-ordering) you get a MGS4 skin and God of War skin.

I agree. Saw a video review of this and whilst it looks childish, it looks like a fantastic game online. I'm gonna buy it.

It isn't Mario, Zelda, etc. wrapped in a PS3. It is just your basic platformer (jump, dodge, grab) where the players can create their own characters and levels. It is dependent upon the community for the game to continue being fun and isn't a real adventure game or a a franchise game.

I'm not into platformers and I wouldn't really want to take the time to customize levels all the time or make a character. I get too bored with those types of things. If you like taking time to make levels and do that type of stuff, it is at least worth a look. Its a cool concept with the great physics and environments, but it just isn't worth the price to me.

Go get smashed, then the hideous games will be very appealing. However, once you wake up and you see the case for a game like FaceBreaker or Mercenaries 2, you will wonder what the hell you were thinking and take a nice long shower.

Although I said I enjoy LBP, if I could go back I might bet Fallout 3 or Farcry2 (both really good ratings) but this game is very unique. Not many are like this and I was "expanding my horizon". Next game will be Fallout 3 for sure though.
