To whom it may be concerned:
Please be advised that Relic Online matchmaking service for the Company of Heroes, and Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts expansion pack continually drops games, stating a "sync error" occurred. This error has occurred in nearly 40% of games I have attempted to start, play, and engage in over the course of the past three or so months. I play on the automatch service as well as with persons on my friends list, none of which have a ping higher than 150 at the initial game start up screen. Needless to say, this unfortunate flaw in the game's coding, or its match service severely detracts from an otherwise excellent game.
Please address this issue as expediently as possible. Relic, THQ, and its associated developers have created excellent PC games over the years. However, since Opposing Fronts has released, between the initial "patch onto the patch" and unfortunate "sync error" & "NAT errors" which continually plague the game, the experience has suffered severely.
Please advise as soon as possible how to address this unfortunate error, or if some sort of measure can be taken by the Relic team, its support staff, or a third party to remedy the situation so that I, my associates, and the C.O.H. fan community may enjoy the game with minimal errors.
