Remove FR_Piranha from Minigames

This map is very bad for fps, people who dont have net_graph 1,2 or 3 keep thinking that it is the server lagging so they get mad.

The map itself is not all that great, would be better if the fps could be improved. But I dont think that this map is worth chasing up the mapper about.
