Remove un_potatorun_2F

From the Minigames server.

This map is too easy for the T's, they can just shoot the floor from under the CT's in a matter of seconds and then the CT's fall to there death.

This map seems to empty the server out when played after a few rounds as it gets annoying for the CT's when they have no chance to win.
