About LinkBacksI talked to obez and he said it was just a scam or something and i aint sure if it is or not. on my OLD email that i never check i am getting emails saying i have to pay 47,79 EUR for softly erotic porn and which i never went to the site provider nor do i look at porn. the emails alos have something about turning the matter over to the Legal Department. They have my IP but not my name. i am really nervous and dont know what to do please help.

Dont listen to this. I 100% believe this is a scam. Ive gotten emails like this on my spam email account and its all a bunch of bullshit. Nothing ever happened to me. Just ignore it youll be fine. Ive seen this on the news a bunch of times on the internet also where people get scammed for alot more the 47.79 Euro

Yah definitely a scam, porn sites make you enter credit card info before they let you in. Not let you in then send you harassing emails. Just report the emails to your email provider.

also look at where they are sent from...usually it will be something like Paymentguyz@yahoo.com
or
Iworkforyourbankgivemeyourmonies@msn.com
sometimes they are not clever at all and it will be like john1@yahoo.com

Run a background check on them. If you happen to not find anything, it could be a scam, and most likely, it will be. I've gotten tons of emails like this, and nothing ever happened. So just relax a little and try doing a background check on them like I said.
EDIT: Ran one myself, there's been tons of people like you who have been recieving emails from them. They are most likely a scam company. Just ignore it.Last edited by Provectus; 9 Jul 2009 at 11:42pm.
