Can anybody tell me what does the blue rep mean?
Is it something special?

Very odd indeed that you can see it in a Mini Profile.


You should only see "Blue Rep" from someone who doesn't have enough rep to effect yours.




Shown in this Screenshot, this user tired to give me rep, but since I have 12k, and he has 100, it didn't effect me, thus giving me blue rep.

I got the same rep thing from him and I didn't know what that meant

i believe it means he has 0 rep which is not negative and at the same time not positive so it gives him Blue rep because of such.

I thought it was because they gave you neutral rep instead of positive or negative but then I noticed there's no negative rep anymore >.>

Bingo. I got blue rep one day and i asked someone what it meant and i was told it means that you got rep from someone who doesnt have enough rep to affect you
