That means he can't physically download it, and something is wrong with his internet.
When i was with BT, they cut of my access to anything will the http:// protocol so i could play games and vent but i could not download maps and get on the website. What is his browser issue?

hey gator thanks n you too tcpkill haggard told me to scan my disk and i think that solved the probelm buyt thanks soo much for taking time to help out!
