If you forgot your password at the steam login page it should have a forgoten password button but if you pressed that and you dont get an email there is a possibilty of your email/steam account being hijacked.

go to the steam support tel them what happened, give them your email and stuff and u can get it back

just get a scan of ur cs:s key and send it to them in a support message theyll five you a code to put on there and then theyll give you ure account back.
