i have no doubt that we will have double digit unemployment. although signe are good that it wont rise much higher than ~12% (i hope that turns out to be true)
the rate of unemployment, as measured by the GAO, has dropped and is likely to keep that course in the next year.
Some states are already seeing double digit unemployment.
