Anyways, I think that poverty and the social views that come of it are the main attributers to this phenomenon. Poverty brings with it a lack of financial security. A lack of financial security leaves the person unable to fully support themselves let a lone another person. Also higher rates of teenage pregnancy occurs in poorer regions adding more financial strain to the mix.

Either way, all this report is telling me that i should be hitting up the black single women.
