That's the KPA parade, it's considerably more boring than the Soviet October Victory Parade

This year they're going to juice it up again. It's going to be the largest parade since the cold war, and instead of a few hundred troops and a couple of tanks, they're going to send soldiers, tanks (& other military vehicles -- Katyushas, etc.), MiGs, attack fighters and ICBM launch trucks.

P.S. They're not marching like a bunch of retards. Each country has different parade marches, but several ones are what we'd call strange, but it's actually boasting strict discipline. To be able to march like that at that speed, with the same precision as everyone around you is a great feat.
