My new PC is up and running!

The 8800GTX is HUGE! I got the BFG Tech version, pre overclocked. It will be nice to run everything at full settings and not lag. I'm also using an Asus P5N32-E SLI Plus motherboard. It's the same board as the striker extreme, minus the LCD poster and stuff. I peeled off the sticker on the board that says "P5N32-E SLI Plus", and Striker Extreme is actually printed on the motherboard under it, heh. I also got a razer habu gaming mouse which is beyond awesome. The laser is invisible and "eye safe". I always think it's off because there is no red glow coming from under it.

I thought my case was big enough, but I'm gonna have to upgrade, I have an antec p-180 and I love it, but the video card is so big that I have to take the hard drive cage out for it to fit, lol. I think I'll get a p-190 next. Eventually I'll upgrade to dual cards and maybe 8 gigs of RAM. You know, to be EXTREME!

Still doesn't be my 386 with a full 32megs of ram and ATI 128 rage pro. I get at least 50 fps in Magic Carpet.

I'm getting an 8800 GTS superclocked within a month I hope the price stays at $450 CAD. Also I'm getting a new case and 550 watt power supply and then a UPS with 50 minutes of battery backup.

I get 200-300 fps. I really love it.

Please don't even pay for overclocked video cards. All it takes is five minutes and you can even clock it higher then what they are selling it for.

I sometimes get above 100fps while actually playing online (1024 res, everything else max), but damn... Nice... ;)
