Not as funny when you consider that the guy probably would say the same thing about making glow-in-the-dark fish and pigs, what was a huge leap in genetics. He's purposely vague to try and make his point; it says nothing about what exactly "managing pig manure" means or what is being done to "make a better catfish."
Yes, we need to cut down on pork spending, but this is a stupid article.
