Haiti has been pretty much been like that for oh say.... ever since N. America was colonized. Its a guarantee that more trouble will follow... The only real solution would be to let them fight out the struggle internally, however wrong or inhumane this sounds, it is the only real solution outside of the world constantly providing money and aid for the country. Less people means less mouths to feed..part of me supports this darwinist approach while at the same time it does suck that they really have nothing except their dirt cookies...
