So after a lot of effort and countless problems i am now finished, or at least the first beta and i need some additional testers, here is a preview:

Ok, if anyone decides to test it can you just answer me these 2 questions:

How many posters are on the DVD store windows?
and can you see a dvd cover and all the dvd boxes?

and of course anything that you spotted that needs to be changed.

I'm gonna start cause i already spotted some things but ill change them later.

1- Some doorways have the wrong texture making look bright white.

2- and the 3D skybox near the water under the bridge messed up and half of it is missing.

and if anyone knows why half of the brush is missing altough its there in the 3D skybox that would be awesome.

Well it looks decent for a zombiemod map, but did you use any reference pictures to the movie to make at least a scene in this map?

Well i didnt use any pictures from the movie but i put a couple scenes in there like when he goes in the dark "storage room" or something cause his dog ran in there, thats in there and pretty much a complete replica too i designed it with the movie opened right next to it, i have a SS but its too dark to see.


Edit: i dont understand why its so dark on the SS its not THAT dark in game
ill possibly add scary sounds in the near future.

+ the whole house is also exactly like in the movie, well im not gonna say too much you guys are gonna have to see for yourselves.

It looks as though he did, the house looks accurate and the lab looks pretty spot on. Havnt seen the movie in awhile though, I could be wrong.

I downloaded this immediately I've been waiting for this moment.

Map took me a long time to download hopefully there are no lag issues.

No its just thats its pretty big but when testing on my comp i always get a solid 100fps exept maybe at the end where i went down to 50 or so.
but yeah i dont think it will lag

theres a missing texture in the last house (see screenshot).
also my fps went down to 9 in front of the last house, otherwise they were good.
im not sure about it, but the tram could be useless if it isnt faster than walking over the bridge (5 seconds to wait until it leaves).
its a bit dark, but thats part of the movie. altough you should maybe add some more lights.
all in all it looks like a cool map, there are some of the movie scenes in it.:thumbup1:
