    Rate Maps

    My rating of these good/bad maps:

    zm_ATIX_helicopter - 8.4/10
    Bad: More like a camp in normal Zmod map, not much action
    Good: Fun to play on VIP server because you are trying to protect the VIP

    zm_boatescape5_remix - 6.2/10
    Bad: "OI who cares about zombies PODS+Heli FTW!"
    Good: It's an Escape

    zm_arctic_escape_v1 - 9.0/10
    Bad: Boring to sit at the end with the barricade
    Good: Long and fun

    zm_island_escape_beta_9 - 9.4/10
    Bad: Player's die from traps too easily
    Good: Long and fun lots of teamwork

    zm_ATIX_extinction_lastbeta - 8.9/10
    Bad: Players just either go on pyramid or on helicopter
    Good: Teamwork involved

    zm_nostromo_escape_beta_5 - 7.6/10
    Bad: No teamwork
    Good: This was based off of movie Alien and it's an escape

    Eh, this could be fun.

    zm_ATIX_helicopter - 4.9/10
    There's nothing really wrong with the map, it's just that there's about 20-30 seconds of movement and 3-4 minutes of sitting on your thumbs. Boring.

    zm_boatescape5_remix - 7.5/10
    Can still play it like regular ol' boatescape, just some stuff added in to play it differently. Zombies that have vehicles can potentially screw the humans by nuking early if they know how to pilot stuff, and of course humans who can't pilot for crap.

    zm_arctic_escape_v1 - 9.3/10
    I love this one simply because the vehicles in the first half of the map are the same speed or slower than being on foot. Barricading the end though is boring.

    zm_island_escape_beta_9 - 9.5/10
    Absolutely nothing wrong with the map other than it being a little too easy to screw humans up with the bridges and rocks.

    zm_ATIX_extinction_lastbeta - 6.2/10
    There's nothing really wrong with this map either. Like all ATIX maps, you just sit there the majority of the time. Really human sided in a lot of rounds. The nuking just plain sucks, people that go to push the button to open the pyramid hatch are guaranteed to die because the safe zone is so far away.

    zm_nostromo_escape_beta_5 - 2.6/10
    It's too dark and there's absolutely nowhere to hold or slow the zombies down other than the end and the beginning(and the zombie doesn't spawn fast enough to lock them behind doors). Like ATIX maps, it's a sit-on-your-thumbs at the end and it lasts for far too long.

    zm_boatescape6_remix - 5.6/10
    Very few people actually know how to play this map, humans end up losing almost every time. Helicopter is a framerate-raper. It's a boring map, there's nothing to it, no traps or obstacles or anything.

    ze_echo_snowescape_v3b - 6.3/10
    Another ATIX-like map, most of the round is spent sitting on your thumbs waiting for some door to open. Nowhere to really hold zombies back other than the end.

    ze_dust_escape_v1 - 7.9/10
    It's really short, but there's lots you can do to hold zombies back unless they spawn right at the front, and even if they do you can shoot at them from any angle if they're in the bunker spot camping. Takes a little too long to open the bunker door though.

    ze_canal_escape - 7.6/10
    The obstacles are pretty boring but some are holdable against zombies. The end really sucks though, takes too long and it's too hard to defend.

    zm_ATIX_panic_b3 - 2.5/10
    Framerate whore. The usual ATIX sit-on-your-thumbs deal. Only really one or two ideal places to go, the rest suck. The only decent part of the map was edited out, jumping off the edge of the building onto the street below.

    ze_wasteland_escape - 6.1/10
    The cactus place is too hard to defend, zombies can jump right over the cluster of boxes if they're lucky. Idiots get hit through windows and fail nades a-plenty.

    ze_rooftop_runaway_v1 - 7.2/10
    Rooftops aren't inventive enough. Despite the name rooftop runaway it's faster to avoid the roofs and walk on the street below. Decent hold spot at the end and it doesn't take too long for the door to open considering the amount of slow people that usually play.

    ze_mumbo_jumbo - 0/10
    Absolutely terrible in every way. Whoever made this took out everything that made it a decent map(it's was made by the same Korean guy that did the original jet escape I believe... it was called deathwater). It's too dark, and the water raises too slow. The original had dev textures, everything was visible and the water soared to the top. I know that if the water rose that fast it would be abusable though. Nearly impossible to hold zombies back.

    ze_xpg_escapebeta3sgedit - 7.1/10
    Decent hold points. The laser room is too much of a choke point for the humans. Teleporter = fail, people always get stuck.

    ze_jurassicpark_v2 - 9.1/10
    The one major problem with this map is that there's no way to get past the truck without triggering it, and people get mad at you if you do even though the majority glitch off of it every time. Clever nades can knock zombies into the electric gates. Too easy to win if one human sacrifices himself and holds the generator room. Chopper's too small and annoying to get on. Would be better if you could go down the stairs onto the dock and turn on the elevator/platform thing on the bottom so instead humans can run on it and jump into the chopper without falling off and dying.

    ze_elevator_escape_v4 - 7.4/10
    Decent map. Horrible chokepoints, namely the climbing of the boxes/shelves because people suck at jumping and waiting their turn. The water raising/lowering sucks too, most people don't help and it's unresponsive as a hold point against zombies, the water doesn't want to go back down sometimes and that would be a great way to hold zombies back. Elevators could be a bit larger.

    ze_rooftop_runaway2_v3 - 7.2/10
    Terrible map for zombies, but I still like it. Very laid back and relaxing versus most of the other maps. Feels much more like a rooftop runaway map, the older one was only one cardinal direction to go while this one is a block with frequent turns. It could use more ways to get to the end, it ultimately comes to the jump with the ropes and boxes and that's too easy to hold against zombies with a good shotty defender.

    ze_blackmesa_escape_final - 9.6/10
    Nothing wrong with the map. The speed of the detour route has been toned down and feels more even. Elevator being the only choice for humans is a little lame though, it sucks waiting for slow people. The wait time at the end is just right.

    ze_space_stationx - 2.3/10
    Much laggier than the original, though the two ships make the escaping more interesting. Usually people are too obsessed with the X-Wing to actually play the map. Most of the stuff added in is completely irrelevant and in no way helps the humans escape other than the second ship.

    zm_trap_escape - 1.3/10
    It gets points for the initial fun factor of going through the aztec temple-like end part and the atmospheric music. Everything else sucks. This is the only map on the server where you can't really worry about the zombies, either because there's no where to hold/defend or because you never actually see them. Teleporters = fail.

    zm_escape_bridge_v1d - N/A / 10
    I've never actually played this one on this server, so I don't know which one it is. If it's the one I'm thinking of, with the metal trap door that slides open with the bass-like noise and the pathetic looking cart at the end through a long dark tunnel, then I'd give it a 3.2. That one is short, boring, and it has dumb hold spots.

    ze_sorrento_escape_v2 - 7.2/10
    I want to like this map. It's next to impossible for humans to win against more than a handful of zombies. Great beginning structure that divides people up into groups but still feels like a natural town/city.

    ze_cp_escape_b3_extended - 4.6/10
    It's way too long and boring. Framerate-raper. No one really wants to hold the zombies until the indoor part. Way too many boxes indoors. Spikes are a stupid idea and don't belong there.

    ze_echo_boatescape_extended - 9.5/10
    Best version of boatescape. The chopper alternate route adds greatly to the map, and you can still play the map like regular ol' boatescape. Becomes very zombie sided if lots of them are on the chopper and stay there.

    ze_thelostworld_v1 - 8.9/10
    The beginning plane is kind of a pain if you spawn inside. Inventive 'traps'. Bus versus the T-Rex is like nothing else in terms of watching something entertaining on the server. The raptor nest is kind of obnoxious, bushes make it hard to see and it sucks dying so close to the end. The raptor paths are easy to learn though.

    ze_icecave_escape_v2 - 1.8/10
    Nearly impossible for humans to win, there's no decent place to hold the zombies. Boats are almost always impossible for humans to escape in. The tram is way too small for being the only feasible escape vehicle. Ending is way too long and really boring if the humans barricade themselves right.

    zm_malvinas_heli_v2 - 3.1/10
    It's basically the same as ATIX_helicopter, only the chopper is way too small and the legs clip into objects and walls. Chopper's too hard to get into.

    Bad: not an Escape Server friendly map. no teamwork involved, hell, i usually dont even buy a gun for this map!
    Good: great functional map. a little too dark for me in the start, but its ok. maybe a little before its time, there should be like a tomb raider mod for this, lol

    Pros:
    Probably one of the best maps on the servers, underplayed recently, and underrated obviously by some others. Plenty of places to fortify, well balanced between humans and zombies, the fact it is this mpa has been on the servers longer than any other currently on

    Cons:
    unimaginative cts all stacking first roof, zombies usiong nuke glitch, helicopter is probably too small now for 40 slot servers

    zm_boatescape5_remix - 8.5/10

    Pros:
    Driveable vehicles, multiple routes, boatescape

    Cons:
    people taking vehicles they can't fly, people taking boats and leaving behind others, same basic layout as every other boatescape

    zm_arctic_escape_v1 - 8/10

    Pros:
    illusion that lift and boats are quicker than walking, can use teamwork (with holding vehicles)

    Cons:
    people shooting out the bridges, people taking vehicles early, humans able to jump off pltform once nuke has gone off

    zm_island_escape_beta_9 - 9/10

    Pros:
    plenty of routes, often a competitive finish

    Cons:
    often humans get screwed over by own team, people not holding rocks and main gate,


    zm_ATIX_extinction_lastbeta - 6/10

    Pros:
    Some fun glitches, inviisble maze, train

    Cons:
    This map is ruined by the pyramid, there are a lot of fun ways to play this map, but people feel the need to instead camp on top of the pyramid, ruining the zombies chances as well as ruining the map


    zm_nostromo_escape_beta_5 - 7/10

    Pros:
    Feeling that a zombie is waiting behid every corner if you get trapped behind, works well with the new alien skin

    Cons:
    Too short, too much rides on closing the zombie out with the first door, really should hav ethe newer version on the servers for balance, although that map is too hard for humans to defend the end

    zm_boatescape6_remix - 7/10

    Pros:
    simplar version of boatescape5, easy to kill zombies, a chinook

    Cons:
    if a zombie gets in a boat its pretty much game over, humans don't try to defnd the end for some reason

    ze_echo_snowescape_v3b - 7/10

    Pros:
    multiple routes, challenging end defence, room with fish tank

    Cons:
    humans all too often fail to defend the end

    ze_dust_escape_v1 - 5/10

    Pros:
    An ok map, can't really think of much i like about it though

    Cons:
    Zombies seem to win all too easily, nothing really to this map either, just run to the end and defend

    ze_canal_escape - 7/10

    Pros:
    Obstacles to climb, intresting end defence

    Cons:
    Humans often fail to defend at the end, boats mean everyone piles onto them and gltiches off, long walk if you don't get boats

    zm_ATIX_panic_b3 - 8/10

    Pros:
    Plenty of rooms to defend, human only nuke door means that clever humans don't get punished, challenging end defence, seems to have a good balance of human and zombie victories

    Cons:
    humans shooting doors out before barricading, victory hinges too much on the survival of the humans at the closest door to the heli

    ze_wasteland_escape - 5/10

    Pros:
    hmm

    Cons:
    too short, hard to defend the end, one quick route means all the other routes are pointless, as if zombies occupy the end theres no way you can stop them winning without some kind of zombie fail

    ze_rooftop_runaway_v1 - 7.5/10

    Pros:
    Even though its made up of lots of jumps for humans to defend, there are also plenty of places to climb up meaning it isn't too human sided, the jumps are quite fun and require some skill

    Cons:
    humans gathering at end door and not holding zombies off, not easy to defend end


    ze_mumbo_jumbo - 3/10

    Pros:
    challenging to win

    Cons:
    i didn't like deathwater, and i don't like this map either, i just don't like the entire idea and play of the map

    ze_xpg_escapebeta3sgedit - 6/10

    Pros:
    challening jumps, finally a nuke

    Cons:
    map edited some of the more intresting parts out, such as the surfing part, as well as extending the ladder there so you can just swim to it and get out, also all too easy to die on this map

    ze_jurassicpark_v2 - 9/10


    Pros:
    nicely balanced, fun end defence,

    Cons:
    getting killed randomly by the steg, huamns shooting planks out, the long walk round the trex pen, humans camping generator room

    ze_elevator_escape_v4 - 7.5/10

    Pros:
    requires good teamwork to win, often feeling of being chased

    Cons:
    end is hard to defend, humans are noobs with cades too often, long map

    ze_rooftop_runaway2_v3 - 4/10

    Pros:
    Fun jumps, table surfing

    Cons:
    once a zombie is on the floor, he doesn't stand a chance of getting back up without massive human fail, the map itself is way too human sided

    ze_blackmesa_escape_final - 9.5/10

    Pros:
    multiple routes, box now can't be shot out, timing of routes for both humans and zombies works well

    Cons:
    humans jumping on the front of the heli, humans taking stairs instead of elevator

    ze_space_stationx - 8/10

    Pros:
    two shuttles, lots of hiding places and secrets, needs teamwork, can climb on top of shuttles

    Cons:
    lagggg

    zm_trap_escape - 7/10

    Pros:
    Fun, Fun, Fun, lots of routes, plenty of ways to challenge yourself

    Cons:
    not a real escape map

    zm_escape_bridge_v1d - 7/10

    Pros:
    challenging defence, requires teamwork

    Cons:
    humans are noobs, zombies can ztele, people blocking in wind tunnel, underplayed map

    ze_sorrento_escape_v2 - 7/10

    Pros:
    several routes, secret boat, requires teamwork

    Cons:
    humans don't defend gate 2, too much emphasis on raching the roof of the final defence

    ze_cp_escape_b3_extended - 8/10

    Pros:
    underrated and underplayed map, lots of obstacles and places to hold back zombies, requires teamwork for all to survive

    Cons:
    the spike jump, people camping at the start,

    ze_echo_boatescape_extended - 8/10

    Pros:
    good version of boatescape, looks pretty, same pros as boatescape 5

    Cons:
    humans taking boats early, getting stuck in teleport

    ze_thelostworld_v1 - 9/10

    Pros:
    fun start, bus, two routes

    Cons:
    zombies can't capture the end of the map from the humans without human fail, bridge being blown early, power being tunred on with humans on fence

    ze_icecave_escape_v2 - 7/10

    Pros:
    sovles a lot of the problems with the previous version, requires teamwork to win

    Cons:
    humans all rush the tram for no reason, they fail to defned the spiked entrance, which is the best place to defend

    zm_malvinas_heli_v2 - 3/10

    Pros:
    surfboard

    Cons:
    small glitchy heli, boring, 3 places for humans to hold,
