How do you post maps?

Do I have to go through a third party uploading site to post my map here?
Also:
what is the prefix for a prison map mod, some say it's "ba_" but others dont even have a prefix.

Any help?

we have an intergrated uploading tool, when you write a new message, just underneath the input bar is where it can be located. If that fails, use MegaUpload

the prefix for prison maps is "ba_" however weird that is.

ba is for battle arena. I use ba_jail
