I loved American Psycho, it left me wondering did he really kill all those people, or did he just think he did? It's so awesome watching a movie seeing what a person that's going batshit nuts is. American Psycho 2 ruined it though by saying that he really did all those murders, the psycho there wasn't even a tenth as awesome as Bateman either D:

In Anime I seen Higurashi which was made of epic win.

In video games, Eternal Darkness takes the crown :3

Problem, I can't find anything else like it, they always have a generic killer who just kills everyone but don't show the insanity that their mind is making them think or nada D;

The Shining is pretty good, but I'd have to say Tommy DeVito (Joe Pesci) in Goodfellas, or Al Pacino in Godfather. He had his moments.
