Map Vote

i have noticed that the map vote is going waay to fast in the server and its actually annoying when we are playing some good maps, after like 10 rounds the map change when it says theres like 10 rounds / 20 min left, could this please get fixed

the map vote? or the map changing is going too fast?
like is the map vote disappearing too fast?
or is generally the map changing at a high rate?

Each map rotates after 6 rounds or after... some 15 minutes worth of time. After extension, there are 5 more rounds and 10 more minutes, I think. When you type "timeleft", it say it would SWITCH after 10 rounds. not that it'll switch after 10 MORE rounds. The map vote comes up after... four rounds, I believe.

It seems like the amount of time we have per map is fine, considering some suck ass, some take a long time, and some may take a few short seconds. If it were any longer and people wanted to extend, we would be on that map for far too long.

Yeah, it's changed now so there are shorter map times. I think it's a good change, although some maps aren't as good as others, so it's kind of annoying to have to wait for a change.

When you type 'timeleft' it will say 6 minutes and then the round after the map will end..

Well I like it the way it is it always worked like that and its a whole lot of fun like this because most of map i liked will be played and other will just be rtved

so I would leave it like this

It should stay as it is. Like paul said, the MiniGames population on the server has Increased since this change. Alot more maps are being played played, and no one rages if a bad map is being played. If the majority of the players dislike the map, They will simply NOT vote extend and the "sucky map" will be changed shortly.
